A Characteristic

1, The good rigidity, strength and aseismic performance can be guaranteed by its reasonable enforced design, artificial aging treatment and stable organization. In addition, resin mould casting is used in the lathe bed, spindle box, sliding base and work table etc.

2, All of the gear-typed spindle components are imported by adopting the special P4 spindle bearing and special bearing grease with constant temperature assembly, balance correction and commissioning test of the computer to ensure its higher accuracy and rotation speed, larger torque and lower noise.

3, 635H series of spindle components adopt imported high speed spindles and spindle bearings to realize the high and precise cutting.

4, The linear drive shaft is the adoption of the preload ball-screw, which is a double nut of high precision. The imported KTR coupling with special support bearing imported of 60 degrees contact angle connect with the motor and ball-screw directly, making it fast response and good transmission.

5, All straight axes use casting quenching guide ways to make it strong rigidity and high positioning and repositioning accuracy.

6, for the control system: you can choose GSK980MDc and 218MC, or KND1000M4. Meanwhile, you can choose Huazhong, FANUC(-Oi-mate-MD, Oi-MD), and SIEMENS 828D for servo motor and main frequency conversion motor.

7, It has a good shape and is easy to operate with full protective cover and pivoted operation station in alcove types

1, It is suitable for components which have high requirement to the matching, such as milling, drilling, reaming.

2, To the complicated shapes of ferrous metals, asperity model and complex cavity and surface of two-three dimensional non-ferrous metals, it adopts the way of milling.
