VGC855 vertical machining center is a kind of highly efficient numerical control product, produced by the Chongqing Jo-run Machinery Co., Ltd adopting the modern design and manufacturing technology to research and develop the intensive CNC products with high precision and performance.

It is suitable for the milling, boring, solid boring, reaming and tapping of spare parts, and can also be used to the continuous milling processing of the model. The good cost performance ration makes it being widely used in aerospace, aviation, ordnance, automobile, motorcycle, nuclear industry and the IT industry.

1, the good rigidity, strength and aseismic performance can be guaranteed by its reasonable enforced design. In addition, resin mould casting is used in the lathe bed, spindle box, sliding base and work table etc.

2, all of the spindle components are imported by adopting the special P4 spindle bearing and special bearing grease with constant temperature assembly, balance correction and commissioning test of the computer to ensure its higher accuracy and rotation speed and lower noise.

3, the linear drive shaft is the adoption of the preload ball-screw, which is a kind of Taiwan double nut. The imported R+W coupling in ball-screw with special support bearing imported of 60 degrees contact angle connect with the motor directly, making it fast response and good transmission.

4, all the straight axes adopt cast iron quenching and plastic-surface guide ways to reach an effect of lower friction, stronger rigidity, higher positioning and repositioning accuracy and better damping effect when cutting.

5, at the same time you can also choose the FANUC-Oi-mate-MD,FANUC-Oi-MD, SIEMENS 828D Basic and KND K1000Mll system with GSK218MC system.

6, it has a good shape and is easy to operate with full protective cover and pivoted operation station in alcove types.

7, the speed of tool changing is fast with tool changer in geneva type. Meanwhile, the capacity of the tool changer can be larger and the speed can be faster since it is equipped with cam type.
