A The characteristic

VD500 vertical drilling machining center is a kind of highly efficient numerical control product, produced by the Chongqing Jo-run Machinery Co., Ltd adopting the modern design and manufacturing technology to research and develop these intensive CNC products with high precision and performance.

 

 It is suitable for the milling, boring, solid boring, reaming and tapping of spare parts, and can also be used to do the continuous milling processing of the model. The good cost performance ration makes it being widely used in aerospace, aviation, ordnance, automobile, motorcycle, nuclear industry and the IT industry.

 1, The good rigidity, strength and aseismic performance can be guaranteed by its reasonable enforced design. In addition, resin mould casting is used in the lathe bed, spindle box, sliding base and work table etc.

2, All of the spindle components are imported by adopting the special P4 spindle bearing and special bearing grease with constant temperature assembly, balance correction of computer and commissioning test of the computer to ensure its higher accuracy and rotation speed and lower noise.

3, All the Straight drive shafts are the Double nut preloaded ball screw ( import from TAIWAN).the Ball screw special support bearing by the contact Angle are 60 degrees. The Ball screw (R+M coupling are imported) connects with motor. So it can have Fast response, strong rigidity transmission and reduce the transmission error.

4, Use the P4 class ball guide (import from Taiwan); Feed speed is quickly; Location accuracy and repositioning precision is high;

5, Use the FAUNC-0i-Mate-MD system. use the FAUNC-0I-MD or Mitsubishi M70, Siemens 828 D and so on for choose.

6, Safety cover of machine is closed housing. And the machine has the spiral Chip.

7, The efficient arm lock. So tool changing speed are quickly.

1, It is suitable for components which have high requirement to the matching, such as milling, drilling, reaming.

2, To the complicated shapes of ferrous metals, asperity model and complex cavity and surface of two-three dimensional non-ferrous metals, it adopts the way of milling.

3, It can also be the metric, inch, internal and external threads processing.
